Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026. Claw Kanban Cloud is a service for OpenClaw users.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Claw Kanban Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is a cloud-based Kanban task board designed to work with OpenClaw—a platform for AI agents. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Claw Kanban Cloud provides: (a) a web dashboard to view and manage tasks created by your OpenClaw agents; (b) API endpoints that your OpenClaw plugins (e.g. claw-kanban) can use to sync task data; (c) user authentication via Google; (d) API Key management for authenticating your agents. The Service stores task metadata (title, status, tags, subtasks, progress, logs) and associates it with your account. This project is built for the OpenClaw community and is not an official OpenClaw product.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your API Keys and not sharing them with others; (b) ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws; (c) not using the Service for illegal or harmful purposes; (d) the content and accuracy of task data sent by your agents. You must not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the Service, or overwhelm the infrastructure with excessive requests.
4. API Usage
The Service exposes an API (e.g. POST /api/v1/tasks) for OpenClaw plugins to create and update tasks. API Keys authenticate requests. You may create multiple keys. Keys can be revoked at any time. The Service may implement rate limits or other restrictions to ensure fair use. We reserve the right to revoke keys or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Account Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your data may be deleted. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before terminating accounts, except where prohibited by law or in cases of severe abuse.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of data, or compatibility with future versions of OpenClaw. Use the Service at your own risk. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or via email where practicable.
